3. User Accounts

• Promptly update any changes to your information
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access

5. Coach Responsibilities

Coaches using the platform agree to:

• Provide accurate information about qualifications and experience
• Hold valid certifications as claimed in their profile
• Respond professionally to inquiries from clubs
• Honor commitments made to clubs through the platform
• Comply with all applicable laws in their jurisdiction

6. Club Responsibilities

Clubs using the platform agree to:

• Post accurate job listings and club information
• Respond to applications in a timely and professional manner
• Not discriminate against applicants based on protected characteristics
• Comply with all applicable employment laws and regulations
• Honor terms discussed with coaches through the platform

7. Content and Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of content you submit to the platform. By posting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute that content in connection with our services.

The Net's name, logo, and platform design are our intellectual property and may not be used without permission.

8. Fees and Payments

Certain features may require payment. All fees are stated at the time of purchase. Payments are processed securely through our payment provider. Refunds are provided in accordance with our refund policy.

9. Disclaimers

THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE:

• That the platform will be uninterrupted or error-free
• The accuracy of information provided by other users
• Any specific employment outcomes
• The quality, safety, or legality of any job or applicant

Users are responsible for their own due diligence when engaging with other parties.
